I hail from the province of Tigaon-Camarines Sur known as the Bicol Province, But grew up in Bulacan. I was seven years old when i started working with my mother in Goldilocks Bakeshop, My mother inspired me, by just mere looking at her.
I was in Goldilocks Bakeshop at a very young age. I Grew Up with them, and It was with them that I became the Best of the Best.
From Baker, to Pastry Making, to Decorator. They teach me to understand the Real Concept of being a Professional Cake Artist Decorator.
