PROFILE SUMMARY:


I am responsible for all aspects of Creative designing,  Baking,  as well as managerial task that are needed to operate my kitchen.

I plan and execute the work,  train the staff,  coordinate with the sales and revenue producing departments as well as the support department in the company.   I consult with clients to determine their needs and dreams.

I report to the manager and owner of the bakeshop who hold me responsible for the well being of my segment of the business.   I give demonstration and judge food to promote business.   In short my responsibility is to create a dessert experience for my client that makes them come back to us,   as well as experiences for my team that help them achieve their,  as well as mine and the companies professional goals.

My detailed responsibilities are such:-

Preparing:-

  • -  Bread
  • -  Rolls
  • -  Muffins
  • -  Pies
  • -  Pastries
  • -  Cakes    and
  • -  Cookies

    Including:-

  • -  Gum Paste
  • -  Flowers
  • -  Jellies    And
  • -  Cake Fillings.

    Prepares and Bake Dough for Pies,  Bread,  Rolls and Sweet Goods.

    Prepare batters for Muffins,  Cookies,  Cakes,  Icing as well as Frosting as per recipes or special customer orders.

    Frost and Decorate different kinds of Wedding & Portrait Cakes,  as well as different kinds of Shape Cakes and other Baked Goods.

    Ensure Quality of Products meet & established standards and draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce.

    Mix and Set frozen & refrigerated cakes,  tarts,  and cake filling. Monitors shelf life of each product by following the "First In First Out System" (FIFO).

    Supervise Baking and Decorating personnel.   Handles daily reports of bakeshop production and in maintaining stock level of all products.

    Assist in generating sales lead by Introducing/Developing New Ideas.
